The Finer Print
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for bookings. (For returning friends, I rarely have same day availability, but it won’t hurt to ask!)
I offer an incall near downtown Detroit, and I’m also available for outcalls to 4+ star hotels in the Detroit and Ann Arbor areas. If needed, I’m happy to arrange another location for us, provided you cover the cost. Outcalls requiring more than 45 minutes travel time may incur a modest travel fee.
Social time is required for dates of 3 hours or more. Room service or other options are available for those with privacy concerns.
In-date extensions are 500/hr, (600/hr for NYC, LA, & SF) should my schedule allow it.
For duos, the rate is my rate + the rate of the other companion, but a truly considerate person will match to the higher rate.
For overnight dates I ask for 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep. For dates 24 hours or longer, an hour or two of personal time is required so that I’m refreshed and at my best for you.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies
A 20% deposit is required to confirm our date, payable through payments apps, cash, or bitcoin. The remainder of the rate should be provided in cash at the beginning of our date.
Deposits are non-refundable.
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and I’ll be as flexible as I can in the case that you need to reschedule our date. With 48 hours notice, your deposit may be applied to a new date one time, provided it’s rescheduled within one month from the original date.
Cancellations within 48 hours of our date will forfeit your deposit and incur a 50% cancellation fee. In the rare event that I have to cancel, I will refund your deposit immediately (through the same method it was originally supplied), or you may choose to have it applied to a future date.
Arriving at our date more than 15 minutes late without prior communication will be considered a no-call-no-show, and incur a 50% cancellation fee.
